On Wednesday, March 30, Forest City and Arlington County will hold their second community meeting on the design for the Ballston Quarter (Ballston Common Mall) pedestrian bridge over Wilson Blvd. The meeting will take place on the second level of the Ballston Common Mall across from the Payless shoe store from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m..
