The Ballston Business Improvement District (Ballston BID) has recently established the “BallstonConnect Club“. The Club sponsors community events that are free or discounted to its members. It’s a hyper-local, lifestyle program providing new experiences, interests, and events just outside your door.

Property owners, HOA’s and condominium associations within the Ballston BID’s area as well as part of the area covered by the Buckingham Community Civic Association (BCCA) neighborhood, including such developments as Hyde Park, The Carlin, Ballston Gardens, Ballston Crest, the Maxwell, The Springs, Henderson Park, Thomas Court and Thomas Place could potentially join.

Other nearby residential buildings may also qualify for membership if their owners have properties within the Ballston BID’s area. Once those owners and associations join, all residents of those buildings can apply for free individual member membership in the Club.
