A walking tour of the to-be redeveloped Macy’s building at Ballston will be held on March 15 at 12:00 pm (noon).

If you are interested in participating in the tour please meet on site (701 N. Glebe Road) at the entrance to the Macy’s Department Store on Wilson Boulevard.

Insight Property Group, proposes to demolish the existing Ballston Macy’s department store and vacant office space above the store and re-develop into a 16-story, 555-unit residential building with a grocery store anchor on the ground floor.

The project website hosts important information about the proposed project, such as:

• Staff presentations

This in-person tour will be an opportunity to directly share your concerns (if any) about the project with members of the Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) and relevant county staff that will be present there.
