Attendees should join the meeting by clicking here shortly before 7:30 p.m.  No pre-registration is needed.
Attendees who encounter difficulties in joining the meeting should send an e-mail message to Ian Garrett at ianygarrett@gmail.com. Ian will open the virtual meeting before the meeting officially begins at 7:30 p.m.

The meeting will feature a discussion and vote on BCCA’s position (if any) on the Ballston Macy’s site plan.  The project will replace the present Macy’s store with a grocery store and a residential building.
The Macy’s store is located at the west end of the Ballston Quarter mall, between Wilson Blvd. and N. Glebe Road.  Click here to access the County’s web page for the project.

The Arlington County Planning Commission’s Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) will conduct at least two virtual meetings via Teams on the project.  The first of these meetings will take place on Thursday, March 24, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The SPRC Chair will permit the public to make comments on the site plan near the end of the meeting.  The County’s project web page and the SPRC’s web page will contain information about the meeting and a link to the meeting several days before the meeting takes place.

BCCA presently has four vacant positions for Alternate Delegates to the Arlington County Civic Federation.  BCCA will vote to fill these positions at its March 21 meeting.  You can nominate yourself for one of these positions the meeting.  You can also send me an e-mail message if you would like me to nominate you for the position at the meeting.
